We are glad you've found us...though sorry it is due to some recent stomach trouble.
I agree that your symptoms sound stress/GERD related. The two can play off of one another and create a cycle of anxiety and increased symptoms.
Working to manage your anxiety, while also treating the stomach issues (through diet and maybe OTC meds) will helo you to feel your best again soon.

...and see your doctor if your stomach issues continue...in order to get the best possible GERD treatment if necessary.
