Cortisol levels can vary from person to person of course...
..but the testing can be far from definitive, because some people can fall within normal levels, but simply have a sensitivity to Cortisol, causing them to still struggle with A/P. (also, there are many other factors that contribute to anxiety/panic...so this test is only one of many possible root causes...)
I think a better use of time and resources, is rather than test for levels....is to focus on treating the anxiety if you know you are stuggling with it!
