I may sound like a broken record in some of this. Often enough, I sometimes forget what I may have already said, so I just roll with it.Jobs
At this job, I don't recall if the excess talking bothered me at first. I really don't think so. My focus was probably learning my duties when I began. As we speak, a loud office tool is being used in the back and it's really grating on my nerves and the person using said tool is probably 50 feet away. I have listened to it up close, and oh my God. If using that tool was my duty, I'd need ear plugs.
If memory serves, the noise at the other job didn't bother me much. It was a grocery store and a lot of it was just white noise I could block out I guess.Music
I am known to crank it up if a song I love is on. As you can probably guess, I'm partial to rock, alternative, pop-rock, and so forth. A mild adrenaline rush, if any, possibly comes about
Concerts are double-edged swords. With indoor concerts, tolerating heat isn't necessary, but the sound can't escape as it can outside. When I'm outside at said concerts, I'm dealing with that heat. I also don't like trying to talk to someone at a concert. When I speak up or "yell", usually a headache comes after, or even a sore throat. I would say I'm paying more attention to my surroundings, that being the heat and all the blasted people.Tolerance for sound
I'd say some of these people talk higher than at 60 dBAs. LOL!
While I'm not sure how I feel about
the sounds emitting from an airplane or MRI, I do know my claustrophobia is more forefront then, so I'm not as focused on the sounds. HOWEVER, screw a vacuum. I think when I hear those, I'm in my comfort zone at home or something, so I really notice it. Perhaps I'm just trying to hear the TV.Medications
I'm hoping my weight loss will allow me to cease taking my blood pressure medication. As far as the other ones go, I have been encouraged not to continue taking them. Taking the others has me concerned regarding my stomach issues since all of them have common side effects involving the stomach in addition to nausea. I essentially have to pick my poison.
Pharmacist doesn't believe the medications causes issues like this. I believe she said the Lamictal to stabilize my mood could be a possibility.Dental
That won't be a problem. I don't floss enough, but am finally starting to brush enough. I brush when I get home in hopes of curbing my appetite as brushing one's teeth and then eating don't mix.Consumables
I forget if I own it, but a book out there called Wheat Belly exists. Essentially, everything is so refined anymore, wheat isn't truly wheat anymore and provides little nutrition.
I've heard those things about
milk. I am considering a diet called the Plant Paradox. Honestly, I am unclear how sustainable it is, but we'll see. It's time to start reading the book again, because I do own that one. Just perfect a Google search if interested. It originated from a Dr. Steven Gundry.
I had all my numbers tested recently and while triglycerides, cholesterol, etc. are high, I believe blood sugar was in the normal range. However, I do consume my share of sugar and then some.
Luckily, I'm not even pre-diabetic, which was a concern within the last few months. While I forget, people that do drink cola should do so through a straw as to bypass the teeth. When you think about
what a Coca-Cola can do, it's pretty crazy. Ever see that stuff rid a car battery of corrosion when you pour it on? Can't be good for the body. That's a given.Treatment for h
How, does, and can I get diagnosed with this? I've not been to an ear specialist in... oh, ever.
I do need to work on my positivity. 'tis a might struggle. Thanks
I appreciate you taking all that time to write.
