I too am sorry that you are having a rough go of it today. I will echo the truth that this will pass...and that having a down/challenging day is normal...even for those who don't have an anxiety condition. I think we as anxiety sufferers forget that anxiety is a normal part of the human condition. We get so accustomed to managing it...that we fail to accept it and realize that it just happens to everyone at different points.
