Hi GMF and welcome back...
...although I am sorry it is due to having an attack. I know how disheartening it is to have a challenging period, especially after enjoying such a nice reprieve.
The important thing to focus on is that you have not lost ground...you are just on a temporary detour...and it happens to us all. You just need to draw deep, use your coping skills more than ever now...and get back on the path where you temporarily left off.
Perhaps looking for a new skill to add to your toolbox is just what you need...or revisiting tried and true ones from the past...or both. Either way, don't forget about
