You are already using powerful tools to help ensure you have a great trip! Continue drawing upon past successful experiences to help keep your confidence up! Also, stay positive with your thinking and keep reminding yourself that you have prepared well for your travels...well done!
I find music/comedy to be really helpful as an escape/distraction from anxious thoughts/feelings. You may find something else that helps you to relax...maybe a podcast of a Ted Talk or other similar listening choice for the ride.
Aromatherapy such as a lavender essential oil could help. I keep one in my car to smell when I need an extra tool.
Be sure and stay hydrated and take as frequent breaks as you need, to get out, strectch...do some relaxation exercises, ect…
You are going to do great, envision only good things when you think of your upcoming trip. Enjoy, and let us know how it goes.
