Hi Clynn and welcome to the A/P!
I am sorry to hear that you are currently experiencing the uncomfortable symptoms that go along with both your CI and anxiety. Often these issues are co-morbid...and can be hard to distinguish one from another.
Therefore treating both issues simultaneously is usually the best course of action, to be sure that you are eliminating/lessening the root cause of all challenges to the best of your ability.
Great job on getting going with your Rx for managing the anxiety. Have you also been able to follow that up with therapy and self help? I do recommend both if this is a possibility.
At the top of our main forum page, we have our Resources, filled with great material that you can get started on right away. Learning and practicing self help tools and techniques will go a long way in helping you to feel your best.
Keep posting with us as well if you find it helpful. We understand, care and support is key! Looking forward to getting to know you better.
