So as an anxiety sufferer for many years now, I’m fully aware that symptoms change often and that’s how anxiety keeps you guessing and wondering what if something new is wrong. My health anxiety is acting up
I feel like my eyes just feel weird and stressed? My head feels funny sometimes I don’t really know how to explain it. I’m a an elementary school teacher and I feel it during the day some and I’m so sick of it. I try not to think about
it but I think some of you will understand how that goes. I’ve also been feeling some head pressure and post nasal drip so I don’t know if I have a cold or something started but it’s caused a headache and I woke up with one yesterday and of course that set me off to worry.
