I hope you are doing better. When anxiety gets very high it is very hard to function but those are the moments you must fight the most to get to a better place. I do know that getting the energy to do it seems impossible but taking little steps will help you.
Try to do things for yourself... take a walk, a long warm bath, call a friend or relative.. small little things that will bring some hope and calmness.
