I am sorry that you are experiencing the knee pain again. I know this is something that could trigger anxiety, because of the what-ifs it presents. However, try to stay in the moment and not project into the future with worst case scenario worries.
This could simply be some temporary inflammation causing the pain...and something that will go away with some ice and rest. RICE...Rest, Ice Compression and Elevation for 24 hrs rights a lot of aches and pains quickly.
Try your best to stay positive about it feeling much better soon!
