could help you to diffuse the what-if worries that any given day's anxiety tries to throw at you.
They are easy to use. It's almost like a formula...you write down the particular worry/fear, and the worksheet takes you through steps to diffuse/disprove the concerns and the catastrophic thinking (anxiety fuel) that often goes along with it..
