I am sorry that you are dealing with new challenges currently. This is how it seems to be...finding relief from one worry(ies) only to be confronted with another/new one(s).
Try and remember that you have been through this before (with different symptoms) and that you can get through it again with the use of your copings skills. If you have backed off from practicing them everyday, now is the time to get back to regular work!
Check our our Resources again, since new material may have been added since you've been there...and put those Health Anxiety and Therapy Worksheets to good use.
