Falling into a bit of a depression - it happens monthly with my menstrual cycle. I tried to give myself a pick-me-up by going to get my hair done, but it did not turn out well. At. All. My hair is now 2 different shades in two different areas and I feel like I can't go to the person and complain because they are a part of my husband's family and live far away (45 minute trip, one way, if there's no traffic).
Went to a yoga workshop for anxiety & depression, but I felt very strange in the class and was having trouble being in my body and getting frustrated with the instructor and then felt bad for getting annoyed with the instructor!
Not sure what I need to do to turn myself around out of this... might be that the only way out, is through.
