Short answer, yes. But considering other stuff you have going on medically in your signature, it might be worth looking into possible nutritional deficiencies or dysautonomia (maybe POTS). I can only imagine the stress of the trauma you described, and if you feel like you're still reliving the details, then it might be a good idea to speak with a therapist. For trauma, some people see fast and easy results with EMDR. I hope that you have a safe place to process and work through things so that the stress doesn't cause more conditions or exacerbate current ones!
