If you are due for a check up with your doctor anyway, then why not make an appointment to discuss your concerns...for peace of mind.
However, DVT is not a common concern, and your symptoms are likely due to stress and worry about
a benign issue. (like you mentioned...a muscle pull)
Avoid symptom searching, and put your time/energy into self help techniques instead.
