I apologize for the unpleasant experience you had right off the bat here. Let me assure you that this is the exception...not the rule in our Forum....(and I will do everything I can to ensure this stops here and now!)
I am sorry to hear that you are struggling currently...but glad to see that you have an upcoming appointment with a P-doc. Even if you had a less than beneficial experience previously...please try and be hopeful that this new doctor will be better suited to help you. A different (and good) mental health professional can make all the difference...so keep postive!
