...although I am sorry to hear that your anxiety has been kicked up recently!
Illness is a common and understandable trigger for us. First of all, when you don't feel well, it is natural for your defenses to be down...and harder to work your coping skills when dealing with broken sleep and feeling poorly!
The other challenge is of course in our Health Anxiety and the what if worries that inevitably start to take up space in our heads. Work your positive mantras and know that getting run of the mill common viruses/illnesses...even several a year, is not indicative of anything other than being human.
