It normal to have periods where you feel like you’ve hit a wall with treatment/therapy? I feel like in general I have improved considerably from where I was a year ago but there are still things about
myself that I haven’t learned to deal with or have gone a bit backwards with lately. I feel like I still make a number of the same mistakes when I should have learned by now to change and am concerned that the therapist is going to have enough of hearing this stuff from me.
