I have to say that today is beautiful weather. The sun is out and the snow is melting. Yesterday was nice too. And tomorrow is suppose to be in the morning. Then I think rain. But I will take these beautiful sunny days.

I hope everybody has a good week!

Hugs, Karen...

I'm looking forward to tomorrow, as tomorrow here in the U.S. is Thanksgiving day. I will spend Thanksgiving with several members of my family.

Happy Thanksgiving to all Americans on HealingWell.com.

Thanks MMB, and right back atcha! I hope yours was great! Mine was very nice...but hectic with lots going on at our house atm.....

We have a brand new PUPPY! She is amazing! Since losing our senior cat, we knew it was time, as we have been talking about getting a dog for a few years now. I was reluctant to pull the trigger on it however, since I thought it would be really stressful on our old boy...

So Monday we went to the Humane Society and got the most beautiful rescue pupper EVER. We are already in love with her...but training a new little one is hard work!

So trying to fix a turkey and sides and get everything done today was a bit bonkers, but it all came together...after one pot of scorched gravy, lol!

Yay on the puppy SC. Congrats. What kind did you get. I have German Shepherd. Spoiled brat... She's just over a year old and still very puppyish.

Yesterday was quiet but very nice.

Hugs to all!

Thanksgiving was good for me this year, but now I have nothing going on for today and the next couple of days.

MMB,

I am glad your Thanksgiving was good! So you have some unscheduled time now? Does that challenge you and cause a focus on your anxiety? Maybe you can take this time to start/finish a project that you have not had time for, and perhaps take this break to learn a new coping skill that you can put in your toolbox...we can never have enough of those!

K.,

We got our little girl from the Humane Society, so we don't know her breed for sure. The intake shelter where she was originally from guessed part Australian Cattle Dog, because it's in an agricultural area where those dogs are popular, but we don't really know. No matter though, she is adorable...about 9 weeks old and full of crazy puppy shenanigans and cuddles...equal parts. smile

That's so sweet SC. I had an aussie mix a while back she lived to 14. She was a wonderful and happy girl. You will have great fun with her. I am so happy for you. Mine was brindle. I think she had a little bit of pit bull in her too. She was filled with joy...

Hugs, Karen...

Tomorrow their are several NFL football games that the local TV stations here in southern Maine will be airing during the afternoon. So I'm glad about that.

Then tomorrow night is the game I'm most interested in, the New England Patriots vs. the Houston Texans.
