I am so sorry that you are not feeling well...and on a holiday too.
I sounds like rationally you know that you will absolutely be okay with continued use of your medication and time to heal.
However, at times our anxiety speaks louder than our rational brain! I find that the use of positive mantras really helps with intrusive anxious thoughts. You can use any phrases that are comforting and reassuring to you...like the facts you stated above. For example 'I am young and healthy and these antibiotics are going to help me fight this off soon.'
