I take 100 mg per day of Zoloft -- 75 mg at 1pm and 25 mg at 9pm. I realize that dosing is slightly unusual, but it what I do, in consultation with my pdoc.
Today I do not think I took my 75 mg at 1pm, but I am not certain. I was distracted. Pretty sure I did not take it but not 100% sure. When I realized that, at 4pm, I took 50 mg, and then I will take another 25 mg at 9pm, as usual.
So if I did not take the first dose, I will end up short 25 mg today. If I did, I will end up "over" by 50 mg today. I think the former is much more likely.
I guess that approach is OK. Any thoughts? (I cannot reach my doc about this - he is on holiday - and it does not seem important enough to call the doc who is covering for him).
