Welcome to the Anxiety & Panic forum. I am sorry for all you are going through. The bad nerves is probably anxiety. Do you feel edgy? I use to feel that way a lot. Most everything annoyed me or made me nervous. I learned meditation and it calmed me. Plus medication and therapy. Believe me, it can get better than it is now.
There is a resource thread at the top of the page. Check it out and see if there is anything that can help you there. I bet that there is. There is a wealth of information there.
Like I say, you don't have to feel this way. You have a lot going on, but a lot of it kind of interacts so if you work on one thing, you are actually accomplishing more.
We also have a bipolar forum if you want to check it out. Do you have to take medications? I imagine for bipolar you would be on something. I take four different things for depression and anxiety. Not fun but necessary.
Know that you aren't alone and we understand a lot of what you are going through as we all have our battles so to speak. We have probably all asked why is this happening to me?. It just doesn't seem fair at all. But it is the cards we are dealt and the sooner we realize that the sooner we can move forward. We all are pushing for the same thing, we all want to feel better, we all want to feel okay. So you are truly not alone in this.
I hope you feel better soon. If you can't get therapy or something, know that there are some good self help books out there. I hope you are going to therapy. You need the help and support.
