Right now it is hard not to feel anxious. I am sorry your anxiety has come back but happy you felt better for awhile.
You will get though this. Try to be strong for your daughter. Look though your coping tool box and take out what helps you the most. Me, I breathe. Also do meditation and practice mindfulness. You can do this. We are here for you.
