Hi all, and TMo,
I totally understand how you feel, I am also quite anxious about the virus even thought I am 44 and don't have any
other health problems (as far as I know, lol).
The thing is one of my colleagues got sore throat last week Tuesday, he did a couple things on my computer and fixes a couple things 20 cm far away from my face. Then called sick the next day with flu symptoms. I contacted him to ask how he was doing yesterday (after 9th day of his sickness) and he said he is feeling better but not coming to work because he is still showing slight symptoms (as a rule everyone should follow).
I have been feeling extremely tired with pain in my arms and legs (though I recently moved and I remember straining my arm muscles a few times 2 weeks ago) and slight chest burning/pressure since last week thursday - friday. I really want to believe that my symptoms are because of anxiety. I am sorta counting days and so obsessed that this will worsen and I will start having fever and lung distress after 7th-8th days, which is today.
These times are so tough for everyone, but I think we should try to stay away from news on internet as much as we can, as we have anxiety and this alone is a good reason to weaken out immune systems.
