I literally do hate it.
Nothing, yes, nothing can be worse than this.
Not knowing if the symptoms we are experiencing are real or not, and the worse part is they feel so real. You are torn between knowing(!) that they are caused by anxiety and the possibility of them being really caused by an existing condition.
Since this virus crisis started, I have been feeling many of the symptoms - even the shortness of breath for real. Just when I say "oh finally I am at peace now, the symptom is over, I am free..." BAM, a new one begins the next day.
I am so freaking tired of it, almost thinking -Oh I be sick now and I don't care anymore, if its gonna help with the anxiety...
I mean I have been through a lot in my life and I managed to overcome tough stuff, but this? It's so annoying.
I recovered from Panic Disorder, punched it in the face twice. I do lots of self help but I can't do anything to help HA.
Hang in there all, I know you also go through the same thing I am most of the time. I hope we all overcome this sometime soon.
