I am so happy that the breathing exercises are helping. It stinks to have so many different things effecting the anxiety. But you got this, I can tell. You are going to succeed. Keep up the good work!!!
I do breathing exercises. It helps you get centered and only focus on one thing, the breathing. It does take practice, but often helps right away. I think it depends on being able to focus.
