I swear my anxiety symptoms just circulate.
Does anybody have experience with intrusive thoughts? I had these a while ago and they died off but I've started experiencing them again.
They are completely unwanted and distressing thoughts that pop into my head and completely freak me out, for example I'll be driving along and just think 'one day I'm going to die, I wonder how?' and then the panic and anxiety sets in. They are so grim and they terrify me.
Does anybody have any techniques for keeping them at bay?
