So the past week or so I have been getting quite tired in the afternoons. For instance I took a 3 hour nap from 1:30-4:30. I felt so groggy and loopy waking up.
I am starting to think the sheer boredom of the lockdown plus some mild depression is the root cause.
Hopefully it isn’t anything physical. I have already to postpone my annual exam because of COVID and will likely have to again reschedule it because it is getting worse here
My sleeping patterns need improvement too.
Forgot to add that I am 29 years old
