I had been doing great lately, being able to control my fear and anxious thought, classic what if scenarios. Then on Friday I get a really bad news for my family and here I am those what if this makes me sick?, what if I can’t past this? I’m trying to figure out what other techniques I can do to control this. I am always trying act calm to news and take best decisions but all of a sudden I fear I can’t control it, or what if I am not doing what I am supposed to?
