I hear your fear. You need to try to take deep breaths and do more positive self-talk. We will believe what we tell ourselves, and it sounds likes you are caught in a fearful, negative spiral. Don't believe what your "monkey brain" (fast, erratic thinking) is telling you - it's not real. Try to break this by distracting yourself by doing something you enjoy - and force yourself to say positive, optimistic statements. I know this seems difficult, but you have to keep at it - and the more you work at it, you can eventually re-train yourself to focus your thoughts to jump to the positive more quickly.
