Mindfulness yes, meditation, slow deep breaths, in through nose, down to belly, deep breath, hold
a few seconds, purse lips and release. Repeat a few times. Other tips, cold shower on head, really helps in
a shock mode with them thoughts.
Kidneys regulate blood pressure, keep hydrated. You know and get it, however constant checking will
just briefly spike your blood pressure and heat rate. No die happening.
The HT not dead, suspect kidneys at times, had double by pass, which had a crack at the chiller twice.
Reflect you are good, medically good. Bar crippling health anxiety. Trust your dr, stay the F off dr google,
and use your tool box, whatever works. When the attacks happens, move into mgt mode,
music, ice in hands, use mantra, burn incense, i do, use water cold water on head, distract, distract.
