Hi folks

How has your week been? Check in if you have the time.

I’ve been struggling again with insomnia and bad headaches I seem to go through stages with this so I’m toughing it out.

Many healing thoughts, insomnia is a rough thing, and with a sore head, i empathise.
Lived with savage migraines as a young fella.

Keep strong mate.
Water under the shower atthe nape of neck i find helpful. HT

Hi Hibee,

I hope things get better. I get migraines with weather changes. Headaches are the worst.

Been cold here but a milder winter at this time. Not windy as it was. I look forward to a good week. Especially weather wise.
