hi, my name is Rich, aka Older Guy,
i have such a mess of an internal dialogue about anxiety. i get anxious about daily things. today it is being done with groceries before the maids get here. i wage such a war inside, between trying to accept my feelings and also taking appropriate action. i wish i could just accept my feelings but also be reasonable about my actions. in other words, take some time for myself while getting dressed, etc, but also move towards getting ready for the maids to arrive by going to the grocery.
They don't usually arrive til 11:30 or later.
i don't even really know what kind of help i want. i guess accepting feelings.
