Hi all
Hope you are all well.
Mix of bad nerves and calm here.
Trying to get a handle on things.
Tried to do yoga for the first time tonight.
Hubby said he wanted to try because he has terrible back pain.
Bought the yoga mats and put a beginners youtube on.
He didn't like the instructor- and he is not someone who wants to be calm.
He can't even sit on the floor with legs crossed. He was angry and left the room.
I kept on for awhile but honestly it will take me a long time to be able to stretch my body comfortably.
I think I'll try it while I'm alone and use the meditative part of it too. It's just not for him.

My main antidote for anxiety is to use the tools I've learned, especially in the last 10 years. And medication is a godsend. Note to self this week: "Use the tools. Use the tools. Use the tools."
