Being busy and surrounding by people can save us from almost all problems of depression and anxiety. These all are only a temporary solution and is not possible in every situation. You have to acquire courage and mental control for solving problems independently. I am also attending treatment
for PTSD over 1 year. My therapist is doing his maximum to regain my courage to face challenging situations. Before attending the counselling, I lost all my hopes and thought to kill myself. Using the tips from my therapist, I'm hoping I can come to my life with a more positive attitude. I strongly believe it would help if you continued your CBT. Don't lose hope. Everything will be okay in one day.
