Does it make anyone else very groggy? My biggest issue is the fact that I seem to get the munchies from taking it. Is that common? LOL. It's just bad for me because of my reflux and such.

Are there better alternatives?

My physician did confirm it is related with memory loss and I can attest to that!

I used to take 1mg 4 times a day. Now I take 1/4mg twice a day. It makes me groggy if I take a lot. If I were to take a whole mg now, it would probably put me to sleep. But I can function still on a quarter mg. Or .25.

Best wishes. I am glad the xanax works for you. I have heard of people getting munchies from it, though I haven't.

Hugs, Karen...

4 times a day!? Wow! I couldn't function, but I guess you get used to it? I try not to do more than 1 mg per day. I had prescription once that allowed for thrice a day.

That was after my first husband passed away. My anxiety was high. I could never tolerate that now. I'd be sleeping or a walking zombie.

Hugs, Karen...

I need to research on how it actually works. Some guy came in the office yelling yesterday (not at me, but I could hear it), and I had to take half. I am a product of my environment. If things are happy, I'm happier.
