All good advice from "getting by" there - I'd like to add: don't poo poo "positive self-talk. It's a magical pill. I know you have plenty of ammo for saying scary, negative statements inside your head right now, but every time you feel yourself saying these things to yourself (inside), PLEASE, immediately afterward, say something to yourself that is upbeat, positive, or something you are extremely GRATEFUL for. It will do wonders for treating your anxiety. The tricky part is catching yourself each time. Best of luck, and keep us posted
