Hi there. I had a cold since Wednesday evening And have felt OK just super congested in my nose today my heart rate is in the 90s and giving me anxiety for some reason. I don’t have a fever but may be slightly dehydrated. I’m wondering how you look up old posts on here because I’m pretty sure I posted about this before LOL
Anybody else notice this? I guess most people probably don’t even check

How old the post? i believe you can. Go to the help section. Might help.
90's, i am 134 standing, with some stress. Colds and such can spike ya, hydration, yes kidneys regulate bp, so you may spike, esp with a cold. No fever good sign. People , gone quiet, for obvious reasons, people come and go, many of the old school have. Same are propping up the bar still here, me included. Some regulars have come back from many a hiatus, and realised this difference. Not saying you, but you get the jist.
Always seek medical advice, and in this climate, a good idea.
Am just about here. Too many have gone, the place has lost it's mojo, and for some time now.
Meaning the forums. HT

If you are taking any cold medicines - they can effect your heart rate. Also, 90 bpm is within the normal range. As HT suggests, stay hydrated.
