Has anyone tried natural remedies? I take B vitamins and magnesium. I have tried kava kava. I'm just curious what others may've tried. Did/does it help you?

I have never had much success with natural remedies - although a few drops of lavendar oil in a warm bath has a noticeable feelgood factor! I made the mistake of trying herbal sleeping pills at the same time as I was taking prescription meds - felt absolutely terrible as they interract!

Thanks! I've been reading about EPA fish oils today. My friend and her hubby have anxiety problems (his is pretty bad) and she was telling me how it seems to be helping them both. It's amazing how many herbal remedies there are. I tried the Bach Flower Tincture "Rescue Remedy" early on in my GAD career and it was not of any use at all for me. Kava can be a bit calming (I made tea out of it). It tasted nasty, but I was desparate! I jst ordered the book, Mind Boosters online and see what it says. There's lots of natural things I'd like to try, but as Lyn mentioned, one has to be careful about mixing natural meds with prescription meds. Sigh!
