hi, Feeling really rubbish today...anxious,tearful...etc ..and what makes me feel worse is that for the past couple of weeks I've been feeling great!...Then 'BAM'..back to square 1 sad .
Its at times like this that I really dont think I'm gonna feel 'normal' again. Does anyone else feel like they are just going through the motions of day...just cos we have to?..If you know what i mean?! confused And at the moment I'm CONSTANTLY worrying about everything!...Grrrrrrrrrr..
  I think I'm gonna look into CBT...need to divert all these neg thoughts.Does anyone know if you need a therapist to do the CBT with you or if there is an on-line thingy/programme where you can do it yourself?...I hope all that makes sense... confused   thanx 4 listening

Hi Jaydyl...I know how you feel and it's very frustrating. I have a free online CBT course if you would like to try it just e-mail me, my address is in my profile. I would be happy to send you everything that was sent to me. Therapy has also done wonders for me!

I know the feeling where you feel like you may never feel good again it sucks!!!!!!!!!!! I try to remember that I have been in this place before and it always passes. I hope you start feeling better soon.

Yup, pretty much been there before. My friends here at HW have mentioned a website and I've been working with it. It's called Mood Gym. It's got a lot of informative interact tools to help you. Check it out! Good luck.

I have done more than my share of going through the motions. Also several peeps here seem to do th mood gym thing

C.B.T. has really worked for me. I recommend it to anyone and you have been given some great sources here, or you may want to find a counselor for one-on-one if your insurance is good. As far as the dissapointment you are feeling because of your recent bad day, try not to get down. We all have set-backs. I said this b-4 in another reply but in case you didn't read it... Mt therapist actually forwarned me about relapse. He said it may happen, and if it does not to worry about it. It doesn't mean that you are back to where you started, it just means that you are having a temporary struggle. Healing is not always a linear line. There will be detours along the way, but you'll get there!
