Welcome to HW were so happy you have found us here. You have already recived some great advice here and here are some things I try to keep my anxiety under control. I see a counsler once a week and that was one of the hardest things I had to do besides going to the dr. and taking meds.
I have learned to watch my body motions, breathing, and thoughts. You will quickly learn the signs and it sounds like you have already learned some from getting sick in the mornings and getting it under the control. Listen to your body, take deep breaths when you feel your heart starting to pound, try to focus on anything when your mind starts to run wild, very hot soaking baths will do wonders to relax you too.
I agree with the other members you need to talk to your parents and to some that is very hard to do but as a parent I would rather my sons come to me with a problem then to feel thay had to handel it alone. If it would be easier bring your mom or dad here and let them read these post to break the ice. You are doing great you have realized you have something wrong and are trying to get help so don't give up till you find what you need for you.
