Has anyone ever tried this natural remedy for anxiety?
Yesterday's dead
Tomorrow's unknown
Today is here
And soon will be gone.
Use it wisely
Before it's too late

And forget to hate.

I havent seen any proof that the so called natural remedies help any better than the placebo effect

especially beware of very expensive food suppliments, the more expensive, the stronger the placebo effect is

st johns wort is probably worth trying if not on any antidepressants

ironically in australia, where it grows as a weed, a course of SJW is quite expensive

I took relora several years ago, but it was supposed to be for weight loss, which incidently, did not work.
