I have also had thes symptom, in fact those were the original symptoms that scared me so bad and now several test later its all anxiety. I remember being able to feel my heart beating in my head. Exercise will make the shakes go away, I know it sounds crazy but take a walk get active get your heart rate up (from activity) and it will get rid of the adrenaline that causes these symptoms. Try it I promise it will work. Try not to worry too much, your not alone. I will keep you in my prayers!
