Hey harry, I was wondering how you were cured from your anxiety, and what tests you had run before you were diagnosed with anxiety. Sometimes I feel like the inside of my body is viberating or something, do you know if thats normal???

Hey Angela,

Hope you're feeling better. I too experience I think more anxiety symptoms then straight panic attacks. Although I still get them I have more anxiety. I've been having the jittery feeling for awhile now it's becoming so uncomfortable like an annoying pain that won't go away. I tried to explain to my boyfriend this last weekend what it was like. We went hunting up in the mountains and he told me he had so much adrenline (I guess that's what happens with hunters I don't hunt myself) I told him that's what my anxiety feels like but constant and it's very uncomfortable. Hang in there sweetie.
