Ok, help me out guys. I seem to go through phases where I feel a little sick for a week or two in a row (dizzy, neasua, headache) . Just when I'm starting to think I should go to the do or something, it stops, then starts again in a couple of weeks. I'm not necessarily anxious when I feel like this, but the feeling makes me anxious, KWIM? Anyone else feel like this? Anyone have any ideas what it could be, if not anxiety? All of my symptoms are so vague that I don't know what I would even tell a doctor. I did tell my ob/gyn last year because I was also feeling really tired and having irregular periods. They ordered a sonogram to see if I had fibroids and they ordered blood tests for thyroid problems and anemia (and something else I can't recall). I don't know, I'm just feeling a little frustrated. For those of you that have been pregnant, that's kind of what my nasuea feels like. (no, I'm not preganant). I feel like I'm letting my kids down. I've had headaches a lot lately and the combo is making me not want to do anything. I used to have headaches this often, but once I had my first child 5 years ago, they seemed to decrease. Now there back again, why? Grrrr! I think this has truly been happening to me since I was in high school, but I used to think it was just because I used to smoke back then. Could I have some actual physical problem that is causing this? Could I just be really sensitive to certain smell, foods, etc? I will not symptom surf, I will not symptom surf. I will not.....

Hey panic. This is just a thought. I myself have experienced the nausea thing too and for what seemed no reason. How is your diet? Has your anxiety caused it to change alot (as in not eating enough or not right) as of late? I do this - when my anxiety is real bad I tend to lose my appetite, nothing sounds good, smells good or looks good. And then by my not eating I get the nausea as well as heart burn. Not eating right can also cause the headaches. Just a thought. I'll keep you in my prayers - let us know how you're doing! God bless....   panicinID

Thanks Panicinid. I definitely think it could have something to do with my diet. When I am anxious I tend to gravitate towards carbs and chocolate and I don't eat enough fruits and veggies. Today I'm feeling a lot better. I just hate when I have those days when I feel gross all day. I'm also wondering if it could be brought on when I'm not breathing right. I'm not having a PA or anything, but I think I take shallow breathes a lot without even realizing it.
