alright here is another one everyone. I am really starting to notice how tense I am through my whole body, I mean sometimes I will just tell my self to relax and I relax every muscle and I didnt realize how tense I actually was! Its like I do it not realizing it! My arms and everything are so tense, but its like I dont realize it until I tell myself to relax. I wish my body would just relax, do you know what Im talking about???

Yes I know what you're talking about. I try to relax every muscle too but they tighten and constrict when feeling anxious, that's why you may feel odd aches and pains at times because of how tense your muscles become from being anxious or panicky.

I personally am going to start stretching everyday just to loosen my muscles up a bit, as they are always so tense. My back has a million knots in it.

many anxiety sufferers do have too much tesnion in their muscles, deep slow breathing and frequent stretches help in relaxing

massage also helps as the overtensed muscles can be felt and worked on

recovered former longtime anxiety and panic attack sufferer and helper of other sufferers  but no training or  qualifications in medicine or psychology, any remarks that may be taken as advice must be confirmed with doctor or other health professional

Angela....I believe that most or all A/P peeps do have this happen as I put in a post this morning about arm muscles aches ?( if I am thinkiing right lol)
Sometimes my whole body will ache from head to toe
A nice hot tubby filled with bubbles and arometherapy candles do the trick for me
So does the rolling of the shoulders and head rolling stretches all those lil exercises will help you out

Great for you Twiggy ....I do it all the time and it sure helps
