a few questions

first off, does feel jittery in the morning when they first wake up??? It really bugs me, its like im reminded of the anxiety when i 1st wake up. also, do you ever feel like a place in you body is viberating?? I guess you could describe it as the ants crawling sensation, sometimes in places in my back I get this small vibrating sensation sometimes.. Does anyone know what that is from???

i've definitly had the vibrating feeling, and i know a lot of other people have too. once your body calms itself down and you have your anxiety under control it will go away. when your body has excess adrenaline from constantly feeling stressed, it has to burn it off somehow! thats what the jitters are for :)

Hi Angela,
I will wake up jittery if I'm anxious about something that day. It's like my mind takes less than one second after waking up to remember my fears and start racing. So yeah, it's common. Ali's right about the adrenaline thing. It's your body burning excess energy. Take care.

yup, agree, i do wake with jitters sometimes,
and try to get through the morning ok, but thank goodness its not everyday ;) it does seem to be a normal symptom, although quite annoying. Feel better and keep ya head up ;)
