Sunday was good, yesterday was really good. Now I can feel the anxiety welling up in me, my skin is getting that prickley feeling and I'm feeling sick to my stomach and my heart starts beating harder. UGH! I get so tired of it.

It was a so so day. Got really anxious at work, the first time I have really felt it like that. Was able to get calmed down. Right now I'm just tired and wish I could go to bed, but kiddies need to be picked up from school, so on I go.

I'm having that today too...

ugh I'm really anxious right now and my skin is just crawling and my stomach is turning...

everything is just moving a bit too fast for my liking...

but we have our ups and downs.

Yesterday was good and today I feel like hiding in my bed under the covers and not go anywhere.
