Oh yes , but now I manage to stay in the shop. Sometimes the feeling goes , sometimes it doesn't and I start shaking etc... so I slow down , pick something up to look at and try and take my mind of the A/P.
Even thinking about something nice that's happened or something funny helps.
I talk to myself (in my head so ppl don't start staring) I say to my A/P - "hey , so you think your gonna make me go out when I don't want to , I don't think so , I'm bigger than you and you can't tell me what to do" and stuff like that - try to bully it away.
You are NOT crazy , things will get better :)
