I believe so - and also for me the computer and T.V. screen although I only use these at home so if I'm 'not with it' it doesn't really matter , it's more when I'm out - too much light , too many colours and it all gets too much , thats when it panics me.

I believe it does as well I am not exactly sure why but I know that after being with face at puter screen and tv for so long it causes problems for me .As well hubby turning on big light in kitchen first thing in am (which comes directly in bedroom ) causes me angst (he hears about it lol)
Maybe it is because we are so extra sensitive to everything
I would love to hear others input on this as well

I feel overwhelmed when I go into a new big store like a superwal-mart or grocery store. I'm not sure if it's the light or just the bigness of the place that bothers me but I can have a hard time thinking or concentrating while in there.

I dont know why, but sometimes light makes me a nervous wreck, especailly as blue says, in walmart or any bright store. Even at home i keep it darker than most alot of the time. I dont know why or what it causes, but it does something! Feel better, hang in there
